SUMMARY
The Walloon Lake General Store has been serving customers in Northern Michigan for almost 125 years. Longer than the town has been called Walloon Lake!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure proper cleanliness, sanitation and organization of work space, and equipment.
• Take guest orders at the counter and relay orders to the kitchen
• Consistently execute proper preparation and presentation of menu items
• Follow special instructions from service staff, and expedite when necessary
• Label and store food properly
• Check all Stations on line and stock and maintain
• Communicate any supply shortages or depleted products
• Execute all tasks within compliance of the standard operating procedures
• Adhere to work schedule and communicate any foreseeable issues.
• Communicate any equipment maintenance issues to immediate manager
• Communicate any issues that may impact your work to your immediate manager
• Other tasks as requested by supervisor
Customer Service: Able to communicate with guests and work in customer service in all parts of the business.

Employee regularly uses hands and fingers to touch, feel, handle. Employee regularly stoops, kneels, bend at the waist, and reaches. Employee is frequently required to speak and hear. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
