Our team plays a key role in developing and implementing safety plans across all ReDiscover locations and special events&mdash;and often serves as the first friendly face to greet everyone who walks through our doors.</span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\">&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Assist with the development and implementation of safety plans for various locations and special events.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Service all 911 calls, notify appropriate ReDiscover personnel of emergency status, and communicate with emergency agencies as appropriate.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Handle requests for safety personnel on a scheduled and as needed basis.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Conduct required safety drills at each ReDiscover location. </span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Complete tasks relevant to maintaining proper accreditations and company policies. </span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Fill in for Stationary Building Safety Monitors on an as needed basis for proper scheduling and staffing of the facilities. </span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\">&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><b>Requirements of the Position</b></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Must meet one of the educational criteria listed below, which includes:</span>\r\n\r\n\t<ul style=\"list-style-type:circle\">\r\n\t\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Criminal Justice or relevant social service field or;</span></li>\r\n\t\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">High School diploma with three (3) years of qualifying experience.</span></li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li style=\"text-align:justify; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Qualifying experience includes: Providing safety or security compliance, incident reporting, accreditation compliance, and/or emergency management.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">A valid automobile driver&rsquo;s license, appropriate automobile insurance, and a safe, reliable, registered automobile available for use during work.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Ability to work a regular, consistent shift of Monday &ndash; Friday from 9:00 am &ndash; 5:30 pm.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Experience in digital control systems of various types of building automation systems is preferred.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Experience with hands-off de-escalation techniques is preferred.&rsquo;</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Strong communication and customer service skills</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\">Comfort with electronic health records and intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and use of email)</span></span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><b>Grow With Us</b></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">We&rsquo;re committed to your professional development and will support your growth as a Safety Coordinator through training, collaboration, and meaningful work.</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><b>Ready to join a team that&rsquo;s passionate about people?
