We collaborate with leading organizations to drive measurable in-store results, build strong client relationships, and develop high-performing field teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>\n<p>As a Team Lead – Sales, you will support the team of brand ambassadors in achieving their objectives during the event. This is a hands-on, field-based role. You will assist team members, track performance, and ensure optimal execution.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs</li>\n <li>Provide coaching and guidance to team members in the field</li>\n <li>Monitor sales results and identify areas for improvement</li>\n <li>Assist with reporting and tracking performance metrics</li>\n <li>Conduct regular store visits to ensure strong execution and brand representation</li>\n <li>Communicate updates and feedback between the team and leadership</li>\n <li>Help implement sales plans and promotions</li>\n <li>Ensure company processes and reporting standards are followed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2–4 years of sales experience (retail or CPG experience preferred)</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a team lead or senior sales role is an asset</li>\n <li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Results-oriented with attention to detail</li>\n <li>Comfortable working Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends</li>\n <li>Ability to work a hybrid schedule (office and field)</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel</li>\n <li>Bilingual in English and French required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>If you're a Sales Leader with a passion for driving business success in the CPG industry, we want to hear from you!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Interview Process</strong></p>\n<p>Our recruitment process is structured and transparent, with candidates assessed consistently against role-related criteria.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Step 1:</strong> Qualified candidates complete an initial phone or virtual interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.<strong>Step 2:</strong> Shortlisted candidates participate in a phone or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.<strong>Step 3:</strong> Selected candidates attend an in-person or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>AI Disclosure</strong></p>\n<p>We use AI-assisted tools to help screen resumes for key skills and minimum requirements relevant to the role.
