Job Description: Under the direction of the program area manager, as applicable, and as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker BSW provides a range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment and case coordination services to a primarily adult community mental health and addiction population.

Valid Class 5 driver's license
Education
Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
Experience
One year (postgraduate) recognized experience in working within community mental health and addiction services.

Knowledge in addiction issues and mental health disorders
Knowledge of best practices in harm reduction strategies
Knowledge of community resources including treatment programs & support agencies
Exp. in mental health & addictions community outreach & crisis interventions
