    "description": "<p><span>We are looking for a bilingual, analytical, results-driven Mid-level Manual Software Tester with a keen eye for detail. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>In this role, you will use your understanding of Software Testing and tools to analyze current and future applications, test, and help identify defects or potential design flaws.  You will be involved in the analysis and testing phases of multiple projects alongside the development. Initially, testing will be manual with the vision of automation. Our core values are I<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ntegrity, respect, sound judgment, customer-focused; results driven; giving back.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Key Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Support the implementation of:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Different templates and processes for Software Testing (Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Bug Management, etc).</span></li>\n<li><span>Best Software Testing practices.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Review software requirements and prepare test plans, scenarios, cases, and regression tests.</span></li>\n<li><span>Execute test cases (manual), analyze results (database impacts, bugs or defects, usability, etc), and address findings with developers and the project manager.</span></li>\n<li><span>Create, maintain, and execute regression test suites regularly.</span></li>\n<li><span>Help implement needed strategies, tools, and methodologies for the full-automated testing process <em>(long-term plan).</em></span></li>\n<li><span>Work with the DevOps team to improve the testing phase in the CI/CD pipelines when the automation time comes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with Project Manager, Product Owners, Stakeholders, and other team members on new requirements as well as reported issues and effectively route, troubleshoot &amp; resolve them.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and report to the different teams (Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, etc).</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct post-release/post-deployment testing.</span></li>\n<li><span>Interact with end-users to understand product requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide training and workshops for staff as required.
