Join the team at WarHorse Gaming as a <strong>Beverage Outlet Manager</strong> and help lead one of the region’s most exciting entertainment destinations.</p>\n<ul>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p>This leadership role is responsible for the overall operation and success of multiple Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding service, strong financial performance, team development, and memorable guest experiences.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>\n<p>As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, schedule, supervise, train, and develop front-of-house Team Members</li>\n <li>Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service</li>\n <li>Drive exceptional guest service while resolving concerns professionally and efficiently</li>\n <li>Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and food quality</li>\n <li>Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, payroll, and departmental budgets</li>\n <li>Oversee POS operations and ensure accurate cash handling and comp procedures</li>\n <li>Develop promotions and operational strategies to increase revenue and guest engagement</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, gaming regulations, and health standards</li>\n <li>Inspect equipment, supplies, and work areas to maintain operational excellence</li>\n <li>Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and guest satisfaction</li>\n <li>Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>\n<p>✔ High school diploma or GED required✔ Minimum of 8 years of Food & Beverage experience✔ Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role✔ Strong knowledge of restaurant and hospitality operations✔ Experience with POS systems and operational programming✔ Financial management, budgeting, and labor control experience✔ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</p>\n<h2>Preferred Skills & Strengths</h2>\n<p>We’re looking for leaders who demonstrate:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Guest Focus</li>\n <li>Teamwork & Collaboration</li>\n <li>Initiative</li>\n <li>Decision Making</li>\n <li>Professional Communication</li>\n <li>Ethical Conduct</li>\n <li>Flexibility & Adaptability</li>\n <li>Stress Management & Composure</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Certifications & Licensing</h2>\n<p>This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Nebraska Gaming License</li>\n <li>Food Handler Certification</li>\n <li>ServSafe Certification</li>\n <li>TIPS Alcohol Certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This role also includes comp authority and responsibility involving the service and distribution of alcoholic beverages.</p>\n<h2>Schedule Expectations</h2>\n<p>Hospitality never stands still — and neither do we.
