      "content": "\n<li>Active TS/SCI security clearance</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in SCI environments or higher.</li>\n<li>10+ years of experience as a Chief System Engineer (CSE) or Deputy CSE for a major technology program or portfolio valued at over $100M.</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in a leadership capacity on classified programs.</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in military tactics and technical methods for the control and protection of PNT data.</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience overseeing technical requirements and assessments for emerging capabilities.</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience with the DoD 5000 series acquisition lifecycle.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience utilizing Agile Development methodologies.</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience managing formal risk management processes for development programs.</li>\n<li>Master’s degree in Engineering, Scientific, or a technical discipline related to PNT and/or C5ISRT.&nbsp;</li>\n"
