In this role, you will collaborate with plant operations, supply chain, engineering, sales, and intra-company quality. <i><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Relocation assistance will be provided for selected non-local candidate.</strong></span></i></p><div><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Establish a site-wide quality strategy aligned with the business goals, promoting a culture shift from quality control (QC) to quality assurance (QA).</li><li>Serve as mentor and coach to quality team in driving continuous improvement.</li><li>Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into daily operations.</li><li>Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement through kaizen events, 8D problem solving, and structured root cause corrective actions.</li><li>Establish and implement requirements for inspection and testing methods, techniques, and equipment, and developing test and inspection plans.</li><li>Work with internal &amp; external suppliers and Supplier Quality team on associated process methods to ensure compliance to company and customer requirements.</li><li>Manage and report on quality performance metrics including material scrap, rework, first-pass yield, inspection costs, customer, and supplier PPM.</li><li>Develop and deploy layered audits passionate about process alignment, error-proofing, and operator engagement, not just documentation compliance.</li><li>Represent the Aiken site in customer and regulatory Quality System reviews, ensuring transparency and trust.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><strong>Who You Are:</strong></div><div><p>You remain energized and effective when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty. You model collaboration across the organization by partnering with others to get the work done. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You see opportunities that benefit the customer and gain insight into their needs. You seek ways to improve processes, from small tweaks to complete reengineering. You determine the processes vital to get things done.</p></div><div><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
