Who we are looking for We are hiring for BOTH 1st SHIFT (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd SHIFT (3pm-11:30pm) This position is located full-time, onsite within our Re:Build Manufacturing facility in New Kensington, PA. In response to growth in our product offering and a strategic expansion of our capabilities, the Team at RBNK is growing and seeking to fill the position of Assembly Technician. What you get to do Installs/assembles various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written & electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items. Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment and tooling. Contribute ideas and subject matter expertise to the continuous improvement of both the process and documentation Communicates with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork What you bring to the Team Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience Experience on an assembly line or similar within the manufacturing industry High school diploma or GED is PREFERRED Can read a basic drawing and work instructions Demonstrates in-process inspection competence. Demonstrates basic mathematical skills Has both mechanical and technical capacity. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
