We have 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop opportunities in North Texas in major areas of water resources and water/wastewater treatment</li>\n <li>Create and execute a business development plan for the region, aligned with the sector’s strategic vision and operational plan</li>\n <li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, team partners, and industry leaders.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities and lead win plans with DFW design team</li>\n <li>Represent Parkhill at council and commission meetings, conferences, and seminars</li>\n <li>Collaborate across Sectors and office locations to leverage Parkhill’s collective experience and expertise</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico and Oklahoma</li>\n <li>10 years of experience specializing in either water resources and/or water/wastewater treatment</li>\n <li>Proven business development experience, including pursuing clients, preparing proposals, and managing relationships</li>\n <li>Experience working with state, regional, and local public agencies—including municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties, and other state entities—as well as state and federal funding agencies</li>\n <li>Possesses expertise in civil engineering principles, regulatory compliance, and best practices in water and wastewater treatment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
