What you'll do: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, completing repairs correctly on the first visit whenever possible Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable system operation Clearly explain findings, repair options, and preventive maintenance recommendations to homeowners Present and discuss additional services, upgrades, and maintenance plans when appropriate Respond promptly to dispatched service calls and manage daily work orders efficiently Maintain organized service vehicle inventory, tools, and parts to support timely repairs Accurately document work performed, parts used, and service details in company systems (ServiceTitan experience a plus) Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and team members to support smooth operations Maintain a professional appearance, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance What we're looking for: Prior heating and/or cooling experience in a residential capacity. Service titan experience preferred Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with customers. Demonstrated excellent communication conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and pitch in as needed. Computer skills and use of electronic devices for scheduling, invoice creation and communication to staff and customers required. Must be able to work on a ladder. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
