Tasks include, but not limited to, climbing wall, zipline, and trampoline jumper.  Maintain and work closely with other departments, such as Activity Center, KinderKamp, Lift Maintenance, and Patrol.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Work closely with the Activity Center staff and outdoor activities staff to provide a great guest experience.</li><li>Maintain a friendly and outgoing attitude.</li><li>Operate a climbing wall, trampoline jumper, and zip line.</li><li>Assist and coach guests through their adventures.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures, operating standards, and training protocols for assigned activities.</li><li>Conduct pre‑use equipment inspections and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.</li><li>Become knowledgeable of Schweitzer Mountain facilities and other activities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Specific Job Skills</b>:</p><p><u>License/Certifications</u>- have or willing to obtain CPR/ first aid certification. Course provided on the job</p><p><u>Technical</u>- None required prior to hire; on‑the‑job training provided</p><p><u>Physical Capabilities</u>- Standing for long periods of time. Exposure to extreme outdoor elements. Ability to work at height. Manipulation of carabiners, harnesses and ropes with both hands.</p><p><u>Additional</u>- Attention to detail. Clear guest communication. Customer service.
