This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical aptitude who are looking to build their expertise in life safety systems while ensuring customers remain protected and code-compliant.&nbsp;</p><h1>What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):</h1><ul><li>Install, program, test, and service fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, and other low-voltage life safety systems in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on life safety systems to ensure reliable operation and compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Diagnose system issues, identify deficiencies, and implement effective solutions while minimizing disruption to customer operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and project specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct system testing and commissioning to verify proper functionality and compliance with NFPA standards and local requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete service reports, installation documentation, and work orders accurately and thoroughly.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers regarding project status, service findings, recommended repairs, and system operation.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in a safe and professional manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry best practices during installation and service activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul><h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li><strong>Own It: </strong>Focus on excellence in everything you do and each interaction you have with all clients</li><li><strong>Learn:</strong> Absorb the training.
