Your role is key—you're often the first face patients see in the organization, significantly shaping the patient care experience. Don't worry if you're new to patient care; with at least two years in customer service, we provide comprehensive training for you to effectively support our patients and physicians. You're proactive in embracing challenges and committed to providing exceptional service to both patients and physicians. Proficiency in ten-key and keyboarding. Ability to work well with others in a cooperative and collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Willingness to travel and drive to different clinic locations.
