Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Our dedicated team of over 800 staff ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct support professionals, all work toward one common goal - the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Nurse, you will work in collaboration with the Health Services Coordinator to provide consultation nursing services to Community, Campus, and Vocational program clients.  The LPN/RN will serve as a nursing expert and guide staff to implement programs focusing on high quality health care services.  You will identify and monitor assigned Individuals’ health needs.  The LPN/RN implements a priority of care and takes appropriate measures to meet those needs, in accordance with established nursing procedures and regulations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job responsibilties:</p>\n<p></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Educate clients, families, and staff on health, wellness, and disease prevention, providing updates as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Communicate with physicians and collaborate with team members to support client needs and overall well‑being.</li>\n <li>Perform assessments for potential and current clients and develop, implement, and adjust nursing care plans.</li>\n <li>Provide direct patient care, including wound care, bedsore treatment, catheterization, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and documentation in the electronic health system.</li>\n <li>Attend resident and team meetings, complete regulatory audits, and ensure required physicals, medical, and immunization compliance.</li>\n <li>Implement necessary dietary changes and provide staff training.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned per Devereux standards of care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You deserve to work somewhere that gives back to you!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Devereux is proud to offer </strong><strong>ASCEND–the</strong> <strong>first career accelerator program</strong> exclusively designed to give behavioral healthcare workers – the career guidance, one-on-one coaching, skills and financial assistance you need to reach your full potential.
