    "description_html": "<h2>Archon Protection is looking to immediately Hire Part-Time Security Event Guards in the Ventura County Area.<br><br>As an Event Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residential communities or commercial facilities.</h2><strong>Pay Range:<br><br>$20 per hour to $25 per hour</strong><br><br>Responsibilities are subject to change and are not limited or guaranteed to include the following:<ul><li>Make a positive impact by maintaining a visible and professional presence.</li><li>Patrolling assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure the safety of everyone present.</li><li>Monitor access points and remain vigilant to any suspicious parties or situations.</li><li>Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts and resolve any issues that arise.</li><li>Report any security related occurrences or incidents to the appropriate supervisor, law enforcement, or medical personnel.</li><li>Uphold company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a high standard of professionalism and security effectiveness.</li><li>Enforcing community or facilities rules and regulations per client request.</li><li>Securing site amenity areas.</li><li>Take accurate and thorough notes of any unusual occurrences.</li><li>Protecting the company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times.</li></ul><p>Extensive training will be provided by a Security Supervisor.</p><br><strong>* Local candidates only.</strong><h2><br><strong>Basic Requirements</strong></h2><ul><li>Be at least 18 years old (BPC Section 7582.8)</li><li>Possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid California Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). <a href=\"http://www.archonprotection.com/contact-us/\">Click Here</a> to inquire about obtaining your Guard Card and LiveScan fingerprints.</li><li>Undergo a criminal history background check through the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) (BPC Sections 7581 and 7583.9)</li><li>Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently.</li><li>Must be physically fit, able to stand or walk for extended periods.</li><li>Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
