Description

Huntington Beach SUMMARY: The Quality Documentation Specialist will coordinate and expedite key production hardware between departments according to the production schedule. This position’s main objective is to communicate, as a quality liaison, with engineering, machining, production and inspection leads. Ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly schedule demands are being met by each department. Working in coordination with inspection, quality and shipping departments confirming all required information is completed to meet on-time delivery commitment. Function as a quality engineer as required. Create documentation packages. Ensure files are accurate and easily retrievable. Routes documents for review and approval to required parties. Provides additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management. Checks format and conformance to documents and templates. Notifies manager of compliance questions and issues. Performs general word processing tasks and support. Provide training and support to internal service and technical staff on software; Review material and testing certification. Review production documents to ensure completeness. Review program contracts to ensure all requirements are being met. Other duties as assigned. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (green card holder) or other status as a U.S. Person) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Ability to read, speak and write in English Preferred experience in AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 Experience with Microsoft Office Suite ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, certain positions may require applicants to be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
