Specific Responsibilities Would Include The Sales Assistant at Centric Brands supports the execution of strategies set by the Director of Sales by performing general sales activities including follow-up and customer service, to maximize sales and margins across the Off-White/LAB and Avirex brand portfolios and maintain optimal relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Support all facets of sales for Off-White/LAB and Avirex across Majors, Specialty, and Off-Price channels Assist with trade shows including brand-specific market events Maintain and monitor selling reports and sell-through data Assist Director of Sales with order management, market appointments, pre-market preparation and post-market follow-up Assist in presenting seasonal lines to buyers at market meetings and trade shows Maintenance of PO log, seasonal order confirmations and weekly shipping updates Travel for in-store events, brand activations, seminars, and trunk shows Manage all sample requests and copy across direct channels, marketing, and advertising needs Oversee communication with store managers and specialists for key department stores Assist with showroom management including set up and merchandising for key markets and tradeshows Assist in new account setups, working cross functionally with credit, operations to ensure timely new account set up process Maintain NuOrder platform with current images and inventory Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented and outgoing Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous 1–3 years of related experience and/or training in wholesale apparel sales; experience with lifestyle, streetwear, or luxury fashion brands preferred Bachelor’s Degree preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP and NuOrder In return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership.
