This role is critical to ensuring fleet reliability, vehicle uptime, and operational efficiency across service locations.<br>This is a hands-on mechanical role ideal for candidates experienced in bicycle repair, scooter maintenance, and light electric vehicle servicing. You&#8217;ll work in a fast-paced, field-based environment focused on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair execution.<br><br><strong>Key</strong> <strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on bikes and scooters</li><li>Ensure fleet readiness, safety compliance, and uptime optimization</li><li>Execute preventive maintenance programs and standard repair workflows</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues (e-scooters, mobility devices)</li><li>Document work orders, maintenance logs, and asset tracking data</li><li>Collaborate with operations teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs)</li><li>Maintain tools, parts inventory, and a clean, organized workspace</li><li>Support process improvement initiatives for maintenance efficiency</li></ul><br><strong>Required</strong> <strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>1+ year of experience as a bicycle mechanic, scooter technician, or fleet maintenance technician</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures</li><li>Ability to perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on mobility equipment</li><li>Comfortable working in a warehouse or field-based environment</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks</li><li>Ability to ride a bike/scooter and operate small fleet vehicles (e.g., golf carts)</li><li>Strong communication skills (verbal and written)</li><li>Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends as needed)</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred</strong> <strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Experience with e-bikes, e-scooters, or light electric vehicles (LEV)</li><li>Familiarity with fleet management systems, CMMS, or maintenance tracking tools</li><li>Experience in rideshare, micromobility, logistics, or transportation operations</li><li>Basic understanding of battery systems and electrical components</li></ul><br><b>Call (901) 742 8779 - Julia or Apply for fast start</b><br><br>#LI-DNI",
