          "text": "<p>Reporting to Inventory Control Manager, this role&#xa0;is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Central Kitchen facility. The performance of the duties must ensure a quality service approach to all employees, customers and suppliers. All responsibilities must be performed in a manner consistent with the Farm Boy Way.</p><p><strong>Major Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain the Department activity ensuring that goals are properly communicated and attained.</li><li>Ensure that all products produced in the facility meet the standards for quality and portion size.</li><li>Ensure products are properly labeled and loaded into totes.</li><li>Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures including cleaning, sanitation, government regulation and food safety.</li><li>Ensure proper Health &amp; Safety practices are adhered to for efficiency and work safety.</li><li>Practice proper care and maintenance of all equipment.</li><li>May be requested to undertake other related duties on a periodic basis.</li></ul>",
