Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is position is NOT remote. 100% onsite requirement, Monday - Friday. </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Participates in planning, implementing and evaluating clinical systems programs/products/ systems</li>\n<li>Serves as a resource for clinical systems programs/products/systems </li>\n<li>Is responsible for ensuring and documenting the sustained clinical systems proficiency of staff</li>\n<li>Participates in area specific and hospital-wide clinical systems orientation</li>\n<li>Serves as area’s Clinical Systems Council Chair</li>\n<li>Uses adult learning principles to participate in the planning, design, implementation, evaluation and sustained performance of clinical systems education opportunities and workshops for staff.</li>\n<li>Serves as the facilitator and coordinator for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of clinical systems programs/products/systems and policies and procedures </li>\n<li>Maintains familiarity with a variety of medical problems, technical training and use of equipment pertinent to area.</li>\n<li>Manages unit specific clinical systems competency program; determines competency needs, continually evaluates staff on clinical systems performance </li>\n<li>Ensures current documentation of clinical systems competency requirements for staff.</li>\n<li>Participates in hospital-wide QI Program and assists in JCAHO and other regulatory preparation.</li>\n<li>Formulates unit-based clinical systems QI measurement indicators.</li>\n<li>Continually evaluates clinical systems QI results and implements and monitors improvement changes as necessary.</li>\n<li>Prepares written/verbal reports on clinical systems QI findings and actions taken.</li>\n<li>Maintains accessibility to nursing staff on all shifts.</li>\n<li>Consults on clinical systems issues</li>\n<li>Establishes clinical systems departmental objectives with leadership team and Clinical Informatics Dept.</li>\n<li>Serves as resource in day to day management of clinical systems.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED</u></strong></p>\n<li><strong> </strong>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.</li>\n<li>Two (2) years’ experience in clinical area.</li>\n<li>Certified in cardio‑pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).</li>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED</u></strong></p>\n<li><strong> </strong>B.S. degree in Nursing.</li>\n<li>Three (3) years’ experience in clinical area.</li>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>8am-5pm",
