He/ She will manage multiple client engagements and focus on client relationship management. He/She will perform financial analysis, prepare budgets, and forecasts as per requirements. The role will be assisting the business in making well­ informed decisions to ensure financial success. He/ She will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing team members.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to manage/work with a great team, have autonomy and make an impact in a fast paced work environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-decoration: underline\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Managing, identifying potential leads and growing portfolio of clients to ensure profitability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Assisting with business development, upselling and cross selling of advisory services that will be mutually beneficial for the Client and Keepers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensuring a healthy collection and receivables cycles of the portfolio</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients, key management personnel, and other stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Understanding the clients’ short and long-term plans, assisting them in reaching their objective within the agreed upon scope, and providing strategic recommendations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensuring all financial/management reporting, and delivery of the services as promised to the client</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensuring accuracy, and high quality in all deliverables in a timely manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensuring the manager/ partner is well informed about important client issues and ad hoc requests on a timely basis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Providing direction, reviewing work of the team members and providing feedback in a thorough and constructive manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Collaborating with the team to achieve client goals, involving all members in decisions and actions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Providing required training, and coaching to help team members learn, grow, and develop</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Liaising and coordinating with auditors for interim and annual audits</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Developing and preparing of the Standard Operating Procedures, identifying improvements and enhancements as required and providing training to all stakeholders on the same</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Preparing financial budgets, forecasts, and other analysis as per client requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Analyzing financial and non-financial data, creating financial models, and providing recommendations to clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Developing initiatives, identifying problems, and finding solutions that will improve clients’ financial performance and position</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-decoration: underline\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
