The right candidate will be r esponsible for closing all types of mortgage loans assigned in a timely manner, with superior quality. %0A %0A Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. %0A %0A Review all pre-closing documents to ensure compliance with guidelines, such as contract, hazard insurance and all other required documents %0A Input required closing data in loan operating system %0A Draw and release closing documents to the settlement agent %0A Review closing conditions, signatures on documents and clear closing conditions once condition is met %0A Authorize funding of loan %0A Assist branch with closing related questions %0A Assist with other loan closer’s pipeline when volume requires %0A Assist in resolving any post-closing issues as needed %0A Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company %0A Ability to work overtime %0A Ability to travel overnight %0A D.R.
