We are currently seeking a Software Systems Engineer to work for our company.</p><p><strong>Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Provides systems engineering support for A2R implementation by contributing to the design, integration, and validation of asset lifecycle systems and data flows.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Supports development and testing of interfaces, asset data processing, and automation components to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Support analysis and design of A2R-related systems and integrations&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Assist in implementing asset lifecycle interfaces and data flows.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Assist in implementing integrations between EBS and external systems (ELMS/DPAS).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Develop and support RICE-FW components (interfaces, conversions, reports).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Assist in automation of capitalization and asset accounting processes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Perform data validation, reconciliation checks, and integration support across systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Identify and resolve data inconsistencies as well as interface and processing issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Support Development Integration Testing (DIT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Contribute to technical documentation, interface control documents (ICDs), and data mapping artifacts.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Collaborate with functional teams to align solutions with A2R process requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Must be eligible to get a clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Must have eight (8) years of experience in systems engineering or software development.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW194929852 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW194929852 BCX8\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"Bullet\">Relevant certification required.</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience with web applications, XML, XSD, and database technologies.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience with System integrations and data processing workflows.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Familiarity with Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems executing asset or financial data processing concepts.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience supporting data validation, reconciliation, and system testing.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience working in Agile environments.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Exposure to Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, or Inventory modules.  </li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Familiarity with asset lifecycle processes (A2R, CIP/WIP). </li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience with BI/reporting tools for asset analytics.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Basic understanding of audit readiness, valuation, and completeness controls.</li></ul><p><u>Work With Us</u></p><p>IT-Strat is a technology consulting company that holds various contract vehicles including best in class vehicles.
