As a leader in building high-performance catamaran fishing boats, we take pride in delivering exceptional experiences on and off the water.</p><p><br></p><p>The <strong>Console Rigging Technician</strong> plays a key role in bringing our vessels to life by installing, setting up, and dialing in rigging equipment and helm/control consoles. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role focused on wiring, system integration, and troubleshooting to ensure every boat meets our standards for quality, performance, and reliability.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong><br>• Install and set up control consoles, including wiring, network connections, and hardware<br>• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to console rigging, electrical systems, and controls<br>• Assemble and install power and control systems using pneumatic, electric, and hand tools<br>• Cut, strip, splice, terminate, and route wiring and cable systems<br>• Perform testing and calibration to ensure systems are fully operational and meet specifications<br>• Set up, adjust, and change over console equipment based on production needs<br>• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with SOPs and plant safety rules<br>• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure proper setup and functionality</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br>• Experience with console setup, rigging, or similar technical environments preferred<br>• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with troubleshooting skills<br>• Comfortable using tools and working with electrical/control systems<br>• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a team<br>• Able to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced production environment</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements</strong><br>• This role involves working at heights on platforms, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs, and frequent climbing, bending, squatting, and overhead work<br>• You should be comfortable navigating stairs and being on your feet for most of a shift<br>• The work environment includes exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and odors<br>• Requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong><br>• Competitive weekly pay<br>• Paid time off plus paid holidays<br>• Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, and more<br>• 401(k) with company match<br>• A people-focused workspace built on teamwork and innovation</p><p><br></p><p>Please note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.</p>",
