Our goal is to ensure quality education and make the generation skilled to meet the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We are looking for young, good communication skill with smart pronunciation & voice tune, dynamic and energetic Team Member as a "Student Counselor". Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our educational programs, admission requirements, and available support services. Build rapport with potential students and address their inquiries regarding program details, curriculum, tuition fees, financial aid options, and career prospects. Utilize effective sales techniques to engage and persuade prospective students to enroll in our programs. Provide personalized guidance and counseling to students to help them select the most suitable program based on their interests, goals, and academic background. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on leads. Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and educational policies to provide accurate information and advice to students. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance sales and counseling skills.
