font-size: 14px;\">Reporting into the Quality Manager the Quality Control Technician is responsible for final inspection and quality control efforts, ensuring finished products meet all customer and regulatory requirements. &nbsp;</span></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p><ul><li data-start=\"297\" data-end=\"411\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform daily quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications.</li><li data-start=\"297\" data-end=\"411\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Follow established quality procedures, inspection methods, and testing protocols as directed by the Sr. Quality Technician.&nbsp;</li><li data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"690\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Conduct dimensional inspections using 3D scanners and standard metrology tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.</li><li data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"793\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Verify product conformity to engineering drawings, GD&amp;T specifications, and customer requirements.</li><li data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"895\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to report quality issues and support resolution efforts.</li><li data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1151\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assist in identifying and documenting non-conformances and participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions as assigned.</li><li data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1271\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Maintain inspection records, ensure material traceability, and adhere to ISO 9001 and ITAR compliance requirements.</li><li data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1404\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Support PPAP documentation efforts by collecting and reporting inspection data, including dimensional reports and control plans.</li><li data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1465\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform in-process and final product audits as required.</li><li data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1595\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ensure proper use, calibration, and maintenance of inspection and scanning equipment; log calibration activities as directed.</li><li data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1716\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assist during internal, customer, and regulatory audits by providing requested documentation and inspection records.</li><li data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1814\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
