    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Scope of Responsibilities: </strong> Works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned task</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of orders to long term care facilities, while ensuring total customer satisfaction.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle</li>\n <li>Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent</li>\n <li>Accurately package and prepare items for facility delivery </li>\n <li>Schedule delivery route in most efficient manner to insure timely delivery with least travel required</li>\n <li>Responsible for completion of all paperwork and proper filing </li>\n <li>Insure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicle, including maintenance of interior and exterior</li>\n <li>Greet customers using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed</li>\n <li>Pick up medications and/or supplies from other facilities</li>\n <li>Must keep current with all State and Federal requirements as related to conditions of employment</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Required to read and sign the Fleet Management Policy</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Attendance Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts</li>\n <li>Must be able to work nights and weekends as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job requirements</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid Drivers License in good standing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related position </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required </strong>(Vermont Employees):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required </strong>(New Hampshire Employees):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered with the State of New Hampshire as a Pharmacy Technician</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Skills Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic Math skills necessary </li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Outstanding customer service skills</li>\n <li>Requires the ability to sit, stand, climb stairs and walk throughout the duration of the shift</li>\n <li>Limited lifting up to 40 lbs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$10.61 - $14.94 an hour </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>",
