Measures and records patients' vital signs such as temperature or pulse and provides basic treatment.<br>6. Ensures a safe care environment for the patients and their families.<br>7. Performs continuous rounds and check-ins throughout the shift to ensure patient and family needs are met.<br>8. Performs other related duties as assigned.\r\n",
