This role supports strategic, investment, and deployment decision‑making for IMSR projects and works closely with Project Management, Engineering, Commercial, Strategy, and Executive Leadership teams in a regulated nuclear environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop integrated financial models for large-scale infrastructure and energy projects</li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain project finance models including cash flow projections, DCF analysis, and valuation scenarios</li>\n<li>Evaluate alternative financing structures and funding strategies for major capital projects</li>\n<li>Analyze loan structures, debt sizing, coverage ratios, and financing constraints</li>\n<li>Support analysis of project finance metrics including IRR, NPV, DSCR, LLCR, and other key indicators</li>\n<li>Develop cost models to evaluate cost structure, unit economics (LCOE), scaling effects, cost of goods sold, and comparative business options</li>\n<li>Perform scenario, sensitivity, and risk analyses to support investment and project development decisions</li>\n<li>Translate qualitative business assumptions into clear, structured, and transparent quantitative models</li>\n<li>Prepare concise financial summaries and presentations for senior management and Board review</li>\n<li>Collaborate with strategy, business development, engineering, and finance teams to support project development</li>\n<li>Maintain model documentation, structure, and version control best practices</li>\n<li>Support evaluation of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and commercial structures</li>\n<li>Contribute to financial planning and strategic analysis supporting company growth</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Competencies</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced Financial Modeling (project finance, infrastructure finance, or investment banking level modeling)</li>\n<li>Capital Structure Analysis and Project Finance Structuring</li>\n<li>Quantitative and Analytical Reasoning</li>\n<li>Strategic Financial Analysis</li>\n<li>Communication of complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders</li>\n<li>Critical Thinking and Decision Support</li>\n<li>Executive/Board-Level Presentation Preparation</li>\n<li>Attention to Detail</li>\n<li>Cross‑functional Collaboration</li>\n<li>Intellectual Curiosity and Adaptability<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related analytical discipline</li>\n<li>10+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, project finance, infrastructure finance, investment banking, private equity, or energy finance</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience building complex financial models in Microsoft Excel</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, and capital stack development</li>\n<li>Experience analyzing debt, equity, and hybrid financing instruments</li>\n<li>Ability to structure ambiguous strategic questions into rigorous financial models</li>\n<li>Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical capabilities</li>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to present financial analyses to senior management</li>\n<li>High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modeling capability</li>\n<li>Financial statement modeling and cash flow analysis</li>\n<li>Scenario and sensitivity modeling</li>\n<li>Strong PowerPoint skills for financial presentations</li>\n<li>Exposure to Python, R, or other analytical tools is beneficial</li>\n<li>Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assets</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in energy, infrastructure, or project finance sectors</li>\n<li>Prior experience at an investment bank, infrastructure fund, private equity firm, or project finance advisory group</li>\n<li>Experience evaluating large capital projects ($100M–$5B+)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with LCOE modeling and energy infrastructure economics</li>\n<li>Exposure to financial modeling for power generation, energy infrastructure, or large industrial projects</li>\n<li>CFA, FMVA certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;
