    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Department:</strong> Water Aerobics</li>\n <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Rotating, including weekend shifts; Monday - Thursday, 5 a.m. - 9 p.m, Friday: 5 a.m. – 7 p.m,Sunday: Noon – 5 p.m.</li>\n <li><strong>Work Location:</strong> UAB St Vincent's 119</li>\n <li><strong>Benefits for eligible positions only include:</strong> generous paid time off, paid parental leave, Associate Assistance Program, Tuition Reimbursement Program, and more</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<p>Provide instruction on physical fitness as it relates to all aspects of general health and wellness.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design fitness programs for various patient populations.</li>\n <li>Organize and instruct exercise classes for all fitness levels. Ensure that all participants are properly trained on the use of the facility's exercise equipment.</li>\n <li>Develop and market general health and wellness programs.</li>\n <li>Present educational lectures/programs throughout the community.</li>\n <li>Oversee and ensure appropriate use and maintenance of Fitness Center equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Need</h2>\n<p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
