We are a busy and fun, 3 full time/2 part time clinician outpatient orthopedic PT clinic treating a wide variety of diagnoses with the goal of increasing our sports/active population.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment</li>\n <li>Patient Case Load Average: 10 patients a day</li>\n <li>Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source</li>\n <li>Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports</li>\n <li>Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately</li>\n <li>Promoting continuous quality improvement</li>\n <li>Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>.Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required..Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#BSWIR-Outpatient</p>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>\n<p>#BSWIR-Outpatient</p>",
