Help us bring our brand to your neighborhood!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service</li>\n <li>Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks</li>\n <li>Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards</li>\n <li>Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order</li>\n <li>Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cashier - Point of Sale </li>\n <li>Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking </li>\n <li>Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru)</li>\n <li>Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders</li>\n <li>Back of House<strong> - </strong>Cooking & Prepping </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred</li>\n <li>Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service</li>\n <li>Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude</li>\n <li>Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Better Buzz </strong></p>\n<p>Founded in 2002 by two college students with a dream and a coffee cart, Better Buzz has grown into a thriving community with locations across California, Nevada, and Arizona.
