We foster a culture that challenges your intellect, fuels your creativity, and gives you a true sense of purpose and achievement.</p>\n<p>If you're ready to chase your dreams and grow with a company that values your talent, apply today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Pay Between $22-24/hourly plus bonuses</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Uncapped commissions paid out biweekly</strong></p>Up to 4 weeks of PTO (based on tenure) 8 Paid Holidays401k with company match up to 30% of your contributionBoot Reimbursement and Company Provided UniformsTool Purchasing Benefit ProgramProfessional development opportunities and continuous on-the-job trainingCompany-wide Community Service Opportunities and Community Engagement Positive Work Environment\n<strong>Full Suite of Benefits</strong> including but not limited to: \n<ul>\n <li>Health insurance- 4 plan options, majority of premiums company-paid</li>\n <li>Dental and vision insurance with minimal cost to employees</li>\n <li>HSA and FSA plans</li>\n <li>Company-paid Life Insurance and AD&D Policy</li>\n <li>Supplemental life insurance plans offered </li>\n <li>Company-paid Employee Assistance Program </li>\n <li>Short and long term disability insurance</li>\n <li>Legal Insurance Plans</li>\n <li>Critical Illness and accident Insurance</li>\n <li>Pet Insurance Plans</li>\n <li>Identity Theft Protection Program </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump)</li>\n <li>Maintain good working order of company vehicle</li>\n <li>Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.</li>\n <li>Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer</li>\n <li>Engage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement</li>\n <li>Understand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card payments</li>\n <li>Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>HVAC Apprentice license preferred</strong></li>\n <li>Applicants must be at least 21 years old to meet company driving‑insurability requirements; however, candidates who are 19 or older may be considered with a clean driving record. </li>\n <li>2+ years experience with knowledge in refrigeration function and theory, the ability to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components such as Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, Furnaces & Air Handlers, Duct Work & Zone Systems, Thermostats, Air Filters/filtration Systems, Low and high voltage wiring</li>\n <li>Type II EPA Certification</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations</li>\n <li>Minimum Tool Requirements: Basic Hand Tools- wrenches, screwdriver/nut drives, sheet metal/duct tools, and hammer.</li>\n <li>Minimum Testing Equipment usage: Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, Magnahelic, C/O Detector, Psychrometer, and Micron Gauge</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of city codes  </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time</li>\n <li>Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs     </li>\n</ul>\n<p>#ComfortWaveLI</p>\n<p>#LI-MW1</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
