Job Title: Events Assistant Type of Position: Full Time Schedule: Includes weekends/holidays Pay: Starts at $23.00/hr. Job Posting Deadline: June 20, 2026 Summary The Events Assistant will help bring unforgettable events and celebrations to life. They’ll support our lead planner with planning and coordinating in advance, along with day-of execution, from setting up décor and coordinating vendors to guiding guests and troubleshooting on the spot. They’ll play a key part in ensuring each wedding or event runs smoothly, creating a warm and stress-free experience for participants, couples, and their guests. Ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, joyful environments. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities
