The Company&#39;s North American operations are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Plymouth, Indiana, where we produce fruit and dairy preparations for a variety of customers including yogurt, ice cream and bakery manufacturers. We are currently seeking a Machine Operators for all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd, Weekend AM, and Weekend PM) in our Boba department for our Plymouth, IN location.</em></p><p><br></p><p>The Lead Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and quality output within the Boba department. This person will support in training and upskilling other members of the machine operating team.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Calibrating and setting up machines to start production cycles</li><li>Controlling and adjusting machine settings, such as speed and temperature, to ensure efficient operation</li><li>Loading raw materials or parts into the machine</li><li>Quality control, inspecting products and ensuring they meet quality standards</li><li>Trouble shooting by identifying and fixing issues that arise during operation</li><li>Performing routine maintenance and cleaning the machines to prevent breakdowns</li><li>Maintaining logs of machine activity, PM activities, CIL lists</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Education:</u></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li><li>Vocational training in mechanical or electrical fields preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Experience and Key Knowledge Requirements:</u></p><ul><li>Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding how machinery works and being able to troubleshoot mechanical issues. CNC Machinist background is a plus</li><li>Attention to Detail: Ensuring that the packaging process meets quality standards and identifying defects</li><li>Technical Skills: Operating and adjusting machine settings, such as speed and temperature</li><li>Problem-Solving: Quickly diagnosing and resolving issues that arise during operation</li><li>Safety Awareness: Adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment</li><li>Production experience in food manufacturing a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p>EOE/M/F/H/V</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
