We are proud to be formally recognized with industry and ministerial awards for innovation and environmental stewardship, while managing long-term contracts within both provincial and federal jurisdictions.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are looking to hire a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Labourer </span>to be based in Egremont, AB.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Roles and Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide general manual labour tasks supporting chip sealing</li>\n<li>Maintain an organized, clean safe, work environment by removing garbage, washing floors/walls/benches.</li>\n<li>Keep surrounding yard tidy in compliance with LaPrairie’s Environmental</li>\n<li>Mow and trim grass throughout the shop and yard</li>\n<li>Dispose of burnable items by burning in our burn</li>\n<li>Shuttle vehicles to vendors for outside</li>\n<li>Assist in cleaning wash bay when</li>\n<li>Ensure all yard equipment is fueled</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">Required Skills:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in highway maintenance activities, such as winter maintenance, surface repairs, roadside and bridge maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work day/night shifts and be on-call.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Valid Class 5 license.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Driver’s abstract in good standing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">First Aid Training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong verbal and written communication.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">LaPrairie Works Inc provides Industry-leading compensation and benefits, relocation assistance, professional training, and development opportunities and all within a supportive, dynamic, and proactive work environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Interested candidates are invited to submit their application, including a resume and cover letter.
