This position will work closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators</p><p>and Salespeople.</p><p><strong>OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>• Oversee the individual projects of the Account Manager</p><p>• Act as the liaison between the customer and the Account Manager</p><p>• Stay up to date on all products/systems/offerings within the industry</p><p>• Collaborate with Account Managers to evaluate customer needs, design and</p><p>present the best solution to the customer</p><p>• Collaborate with Account Managers to visit customer sites and interface with</p><p>appropriate customer contacts</p><p>• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget</p><p>• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless</p><p>execution of projects</p><p>• Develop and prepare effective proposals to provide to Account/Prospect</p><p>• Interact with clients to identify and define project requirements</p><p>• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of each</p><p>open job</p><p>• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs</p><p>• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders</p><p>• Perform risk management to minimize project risks</p><p>• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors</p><p>• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation</p><p>• Adhere to company project management processes</p><p>• Analyze and review the project after completion to identify improvement</p><p>opportunities</p><p>• Share project results and best practices within the team and company</p><p>• Participate in internal projects as required</p><p>• Demonstrated proficiency managing moderate- to high-complexity projects</p><p>• Manage 1-2 month install durations without assistance or supervision</p><p>• Successfully navigate permit/inspection process without assistance or</p><p>supervision</p><p>• Some experience with strategic customers</p><p>• Manage projects with multiple design scopes</p><p>• Support on design/implementation calls with vendors and/or customers</p><p>• Approve vendor payments and initiate progressive customer invoicing</p><p>schedule</p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE &amp; SKILLS REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>• Highly detail-oriented, ability to manage critical deadlines</p><p>• Ability to multitask effectively &amp; prioritize &amp; execute tasks</p><p>• Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented,</p><p>collaborative environment is essential</p><p>• Ability to work through project issues with customers in a timely manner</p><p>• Technically competent and proficient with various software</p><p>programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, AutoCAD, Smartsheet</p><p>• Strong written and oral communication skills: In-person meetings, email,</p><p>phone calls</p><p>• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies</p><p>• Strong technical aptitude – highly knowledgeable of industry systems</p><p>including complex integrated systems and components</p><p>• BA/BS or equivalent experience</p><p>• 1-2 Years experience in an Associate Project Manager role</p><p><strong>PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES</strong></p><p>• Fast-Paced Multi-Tasker</p><p>• Attention to Details</p><p>• Strong work ethic</p><p>• Ability to follow through with tasks given by colleagues and complete them</p><p>on time</p><p>• Ability to delegate tasks to team members with close follow up to ensure on-</p><p>time accurate completion</p><p><strong>WORK CONDITIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Office &amp; field-oriented position with some overnight travel to project sites required</li><li>Overtime and weekend work will be required periodically</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why work for Storage Solutions - A Jungheinrich Company?</strong></p><p><em>Our greatest asset is our people.
