Motion Practice</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft motions, oppositions, pleadings, discovery responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.</li>\n<li>Prepare persuasive legal arguments supported by applicable law and case-specific facts.</li>\n<li>Assist in drafting complaints, demand packages, and other case-related materials.</li>\n<li>Review and analyze medical records, evidence, and supporting documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Legal Research &amp; Case Strategy</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct in-depth research of California statutes, regulations, and case law.</li>\n<li>Identify legal authorities and precedents that support litigation strategies.</li>\n<li>Analyze complex legal issues and provide recommendations to senior counsel.</li>\n<li>Assist in developing case theories and litigation strategies throughout the life of a case.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Litigation Support &amp;
