    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;Assess the performance of the plant regarding any given referential, typically maturity of management organization, process, equipment adequacy and efficiency, maintenance, housekeeping and dust management, quality, etc.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Work with the plant management to determine and justify the priorities.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Elaborate and coordinate any relevant action plan to deal with the priorities.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Lead and Coordinate Kaizen/Lean and 5S workshops&nbsp;<br>Role includes:&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;To be involved in each agreed action,<br>•&nbsp;Train the members in the use of lean techniques and help in training others to train,&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Agree the actions and follow their implementation,&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Measuring the success of the action plan,&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Check the sustainability of the new processes.,&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Ensure EHS procedures are fully included in the scope&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;● Check in due time the status of work group results, push them to analyze further and achieve their goals&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;● Share the opportunities with the OPEX teams and roll out best practices.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;● Report progress and resource needs to the plant manager<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;● Apply &amp; follow safety rules within the plant<br>•&nbsp;Coordination for IMS implementation with all functions &amp; consultants.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Profile/Competencies:</strong></p><p>Education, background, level of experience Essential/Mandatory:&nbsp;</p><p>•&nbsp;B.E/B.Tech in Chemical, Ceramic, Production, or Industrial Engineering<br>•&nbsp;Six Sigma Green Belt or any equivalent Lean certification&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Professional with a background of 5 - 8 years in an industrial site operating ideally in fields similar to Calderys (continuous processes like steel, cement, refractories etc)<br>•&nbsp;Solid technical basic skills, even scholar, enabling him to understand all aspects of industrial life.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Field production experience<br>•&nbsp;Ability to lead multi-disciplined teams&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Experience and knowledge in the field of lean production, production system design principles and know how to use lean methods as improvement tools in a targeted manner.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Open minded, experience in multicultural environments&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Desirable Skills:&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Problem solving, Planning, negotiation and arbitration&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Oral and written communication - internal/external contacts&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Team player with positive mindset&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Ability to “influence without authority”, lead multi-disciplined teams, train: able to explain concepts, help people without substituting himself, able to make concrete feedback to encourage improvements&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;Professional English (Knowledge of Hindi is desirable), MS Office, Strong analytical skills, Data analytics skills, including experience of statistical methods (knowledge of a statistical software package like Minitab is an advantage)<br>&nbsp;</p>",
