About the Role Hinge is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead our User Growth product area. You will set the vision and strategy for how Hinge acquires, activates, and retains users at scale, spanning onboarding, new user activation, international expansion, and lifecycle engagement. This is a senior leadership role with significant scope: you'll manage a team of product managers, own top-line growth metrics, and partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Marketing to ship high-impact product experiences. This is an ideal role for a proven consumer growth leader who is equally comfortable in the weeds of an experiment and in the boardroom presenting strategy — someone who leads with data, builds with empathy, and thrives on the challenge of making dating work better for millions of people.
