    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>To increase non-perishable sales of new and existing customers through proper merchandising and plan-o-gram usage.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Territory includes: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Southern Pines Asheboro Area</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate retail visits for MDI and broker lead teams.</li>\n <li>Provide services to retail accounts in areas of sets/resets, end cap programs, displays, cross merchandising, etc.</li>\n <li>Plan annual schedules within territory, coordinate team activities, and be accountable for results.</li>\n <li>Act as liaison between MDI, broker teams, and retailers.</li>\n <li>Coordinate vendor activities to reset non-perishable plan-o-grams and merchandising layouts where applicable.</li>\n <li>Coordinate the development and implementation of suggested plan-o-grams for customers. Maximize POG compliance in each store.</li>\n <li>Work closely with vendors and independent store owners to facilitate store events and plan-o-gram implementation.</li>\n <li>Communicate to key store associates the benefits of Stars Program and facilitate \"ownership\" by retailers of the benefits of the program.</li>\n <li>Complete Stars Recaps and Reports as required.</li>\n <li>Continually sell new and promotional products to our customer</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Desirable Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Four-year degree in business with experience in merchandising, or equivalent experience in retail sales and merchandising.</li>\n <li>Incumbents should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>May require some overnight stays away from home. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-VP1</p>\n<p> </p>",
