    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Assistant Program Manager will work closely with the local Program Manager and be responsible for learning and progressing in the general leadership, development, and coordination of the area’s program team. A person with passion for development, networking, and an ability to create and learn will do well in this position. This position supports the ministry’s vision by expanding capacity to provide high quality relational adventure experiences to youth. This position is funded by personal support-raising.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Youth Dynamics’ vision is to see generations of youth fully alive in Jesus Christ (John 10:10).
