    "description": "<p>🎸<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hard Rock Cafe - Malta isn’t just a restaurant... it’s a stage!</span></p>\n<p><br><span>Proudly part of </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">db Group</span><span>, one of Malta’s leading hospitality groups, we’re bringing legendary food, live music, and unforgettable vibes to the heart of the island.</span><br><br>We’re currently on the lookout for passionate and talented individuals to join our team<span> </span>ready to deliver world-class service. <span>✨</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Retail Sales Associate is the ultimate guide through the guests’ shopping experience.  Hard Rock merchandise is a unique part of our business, which requires a special person to create the experience.  As an RSA, you will be assuming the role of tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician (at heart).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Basic functions of the Retail Sales Associate include:</span></p>\n<p>Greeting Guests</p>\n<p>Answering questions – accurately and politely</p>\n<p>Answering the phone</p>\n<p>Making proficient sales transactions – using a point-of-sale system</p>\n<p>Handling cash and other forms of payment</p>\n<p>Maintaining proper cash drawer balances</p>\n<p>Directing guests to areas/restrooms</p>\n<p>Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge</p>\n<p>Determining guests needs – by actively engaging them in 1-on-1 conversations and informing guests of product features &amp; benefits</p>\n<p>Suggestive selling – using proven techniques (i.e., related items, higher-quality items, transitional phrases)</p>\n<p>Maintaining a clean and organized store</p>\n<p>Maintaining proper product stock levels – through retail pulls &amp; inventories</p>\n<p>Displaying Retail product – through HRC’s visual display standards</p>\n<p>Performing opening, closing &amp; side duties – cleaning glass, polishing brass, etc</p>\n<p>Assuring the complete satisfaction of each and every guest</p>\n<p>Creating memorable experiences</p>\n<p>Entertaining guests to create ‘’Raving Fans’’</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements include:</span></p>\n<p>Must be at least 19 years old</p>\n<p>Performing duties which require bending &amp; reaching</p>\n<p>Lifitng up to 30-pound boxes to receive/move product</p>\n<p>Standing for up to 8+ hours</p>\n<p>Maintaining a well-groomed appearance (‘’having a plan’’)</p>\n<p>Following all uniform guidelines</p>\n<p>Practicing all safety &amp; sanitation standards</p>\n<p>Recycling products, where possible</p>\n<p>Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paces atmosphere</p>\n<p>Demonstrating a high level of organisation, attention-to-detail and sense-of-urgency</p>\n<p>Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards guests</p>\n<p>Maintaining HRC’s Core Values and Mission Statement.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Why Join Us?</span></span></p>\n<p>Be part of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Malta’s one of the most respected hospitality brand</span> and contribute to a culture where <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">quality, teamwork, and passion for food</span> come first.
