We also provide attractive working conditions and opportunities for career growth through professional development.</p>\n<p><strong>Discover why Cooper University Health Care is the employer of choice in South Jersey.</strong></p>\n<h2>Short Description</h2>\n<p>The Registered RN is a professional caregiver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows established policies and procedures. </li>\n <li>Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors. </li>\n <li>Provides excellent customer service interfacing well with all levels of staff, management.</li>\n <li>and physicians. </li>\n <li>Applies Cooper core values. </li>\n <li>Other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Pavilion 7 is a medical-surgical unit that has a specialty focus on both orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. This 30-bed unit features 8 beds designed for our stroke population as part of Cooper University’s Comprehensive Stroke Center, as well as 3 EMU beds for seizure monitoring. Telemetry monitoring is available in 10 of the unit beds when needed. The nursing staff provides caring, individualized attention to all patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with collaborative interdisciplinary team members.</p>\n<h2>Education Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>License/Certification Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).</li>\n <li>Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)</li>\n <li>Certain specialties may require advanced certification (i.e. ACLS, NALS, PALS).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Min ($)</h2>USD $46.85\n<h2>Salary Max ($)</h2>USD $70.81",
