It’s about shaping teams that build real solutions and deliver impact.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with hiring managers to understand what kind of people we need (not just what’s written in the JD)</li>\n<li>Source candidates through different channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networks, creative approaches)</li>\n<li>Screen and interview candidates, focusing on both skills and mindset</li>\n<li>Manage and take ownership of the full recruitment process- from first contact to offer</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Organize and coordinate technical interviews, collaborating with technical interviewers to ensure quality and consistency</span></li>\n<li>Work for international markets and teams</li>\n<li>Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process</li>\n<li>Support and improve our employer branding and hiring practices</li>\n<li>Bring ideas on how we can hire smarter, faster, and better</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9); font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Stay informed about IT terminology, industry trends, and emerging technologies to communicate effectively with candidates and clients</span> </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are you:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment</li>\n<li>Experience in the international IT market and undestanding of candidate expectations</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools</span></li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li>\n<li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</li>\n<li>Ability to understand and evaluate people, not just roles</li>\n<li>Organized and able to handle multiple positions at the same time</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We appreciate the interest of all applicants.
