We’re looking for new colleagues who know how to spot potential, not just CVs. If you’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding what drives them, and helping build strong teams, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand what kind of people we need (not just what’s written in the JD)
Source candidates through different channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networks, creative approaches)
Screen and interview candidates, focusing on both skills and mindset
Manage and take ownership of the full recruitment process- from first contact to offer
Organize and coordinate technical interviews, collaborating with technical interviewers to ensure quality and consistency
Work for international markets and teams
Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process
Support and improve our employer branding and hiring practices
Bring ideas on how we can hire smarter, faster, and better
Stay informed about IT terminology, industry trends, and emerging technologies to communicate effectively with candidates and clients
Who are you:
At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment
Experience in the international IT market and undestanding of candidate expectations
Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Ability to understand and evaluate people, not just roles
Organized and able to handle multiple positions at the same time
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
