    "description": "<p>Hunt Electric, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual for our<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DAS Foreman</span><span> </span>in our Technology Division. Our ideal candidate should be outgoing, service-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DAS Foreman</span><span> </span>will oversee installation of varying types of DAS and Small Cell equipment, to include but not limited to the installation of Indoor antennas, coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, CAT 5/6A cable, and other appropriate components.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Major Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and define scope and mobilization plan.</li>\n<li>Provide activity coordination/sequencing assistance.</li>\n<li>Understand project specifications and construction drawings.</li>\n<li>Execute resource planning, produce material requisitions, and produce 6 week look aheads.</li>\n<li>Assist with project labor projections and mitigate risks and issues.</li>\n<li>Interact with client, general contractor, and understand customer expectations.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform material &amp; supply management, and have the ability to understand project financial commitments.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize construction technology tools, and provide onsite management of subcontractors.</li>\n<li>Execute quality control procedures and high level quality craftmanship by provide attention to detail and having great customer service.</li>\n<li>Assist with site commissioning and turnup,</li>\n<li>Occasional travel. ~25% or less.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience leading crews with the ability to lead and help educate team members.</li>\n<li>Experience with delivering large complex projects.</li>\n<li>Proficient in fiber-optic installation / termination / splicing.</li>\n<li>Proficient in coaxial cable termination &amp; testing.</li>\n<li>Experience with WSP/Carrier base station installations, communications site grounding, and Comm Room buildouts.</li>\n<li>Proficient with Fluke test equipment – both Fiber and Copper.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, goal-oriented mindset for continual growth, with a “Can-Do” positive attitude.</li>\n<li>Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ Years in the DAS, wireless cellular (tower), or DAS industry.</li>\n<li>Proficient in software programs like Microsoft Office 360, Bluebeam, and other industry related programs.</li>\n<li>Possess good communications skills.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Work Station and copper feed terminations.</li>\n<li>History of successful project performance resume in Low Voltage or Wireless Telecom Industry.</li>\n<li>Valid Driver’s license and a clean MVR.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a full-time <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DAS/Small Cell Foreman</span>, you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Hunt Electric, Inc.</span></p>\n<p>Hunt Electric, Inc. is a full-service electrical, technology, and infrastructure contractor with wide-reaching services available to all types of markets.
