In this role, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver exceptional service to both our guests and team members at all times.</li>\n <li>Support the upkeep and cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and other assigned areas.</li>\n <li>Ensure all procedures meet our high department and company standards.</li>\n <li>Serve as a proud ambassador for our hotel, helping to create a welcoming and memorable environment for every guest.</li>\n <li>If you take pride in attention to detail, love making people feel at home, and thrive in a dynamic hospitality setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Be knowledgeable of all services, features, and local attractions/activities to anticipate and respond to guest inquiries.</p></li>\n <li><p>Demonstrate detail orientation, organization, and flexibility.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure completion of all general cleaning duties as assigned; check in with supervisor for additional assignments throughout the shift.</p></li>\n <li><p>Stock cleaning carts, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and public areas with designated supplies and equipment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain complete knowledge of proper maintenance and use of equipment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor and maintain safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Guest rooms</p></li>\n   <li><p>Corridors</p></li>\n   <li><p>Housekeeping linen and storage closets</p></li>\n   <li><p>Public areas</p></li>\n   <li><p>Tasks include removing trash and linen, wiping down shelves/counters, vacuuming carpets and area rugs, sweeping and waxing floors, and relocating improperly stored items.</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p>Follow required procedures for handling, cleaning, disposing of, or moving objects/materials and/or cleaning up blood, infectious materials, or bodily fluids according to OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide accurate key control and effective security for all keys, buildings, and vehicles.</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow proper procedures to report any damages or maintenance problems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Handle lost and found items according to department and company procedures.</p></li>\n <li><p>Report to work on time and according to posted schedule.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or a minimum of six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous hospitality experience in a Four Diamond quality organization preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write basic English.</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.</p></li>\n</ul>",
