This includes timely reporting of issues or delays, investigation of late shipments, management of returns, and resolution of all exceptions.</p><ul><li>Provide timely, professional, and consistent communications to members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders</li><li>Oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure orders are shipped promptly</li><li>Responsible for the processing of any member orders submitted via e-mail</li><li>Resolve or coordinate resolution of any issues identified by members or suppliers swiftly and accurately</li><li>Act as a liaison between suppliers and accounts payable to resolve any payment questions or issues, as required</li><li>Responsible for the timely confirmation of purchase orders between members and suppliers</li><li>Accurate documentation of all confirmation and follow-up notes in the appropriate system</li><li>Provide delivery follow-up services to ensure prompt shipment and invoicing of goods or services</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration</li><li>Willingness to work independently, self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mentality</li></ul>",
