Our <strong>2nd Shift Skilled Industrial Painter</strong> role gives you a 4/10 schedule (Monday–Thursday), a 30-minute paid lunch, and a $2/hour shift differential for evening hours. You’ll enjoy long weekends, steady work, and a quieter shop environment that lets you focus on quality finishes from start to flawless delivery.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift:</strong> Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, with a paid lunch break. You’ll prepare and finish industrial equipment, machinery, and structures using hand and power tools, following blueprints, work orders, data sheets, and instructions. Duties include maintaining and operating painting equipment, ensuring every project meets strict quality standards.
